It’s set to be a nail-biting end to the season for Antonio Conte at Chelsea and everyone down at Stamford Bridge is eagerly waiting to see if the Blues can win the Premier League title.

Their fans here in the Transfer Tavern are really feeling the nerves at the moment, especially after a recent wobble against Crystal Palace, and with Spurs waiting in the wings, it’s imperative results continue to roll in.

But with attention quickly turning to the summer, there’s plenty of thought in the Chelsea ranks that some young prospects wouldn’t go amiss, especially once the catalogue of talent on the books at the Bridge is trimmed down.

And our Chelsea-mad barman has given us some cracking suggestions as to who Conte should move for this summer.

So with that in mind, here are the THREE youngsters Chelsea must send scouts to watch ASAP…

Demarai Gray

Leicester City youngster Demarai Gray had a cracking first full season with the Foxes but has been obviously frustrated at the lack of first-team football he’s seen this campaign.

The former Birmingham City starlet is a cracking prospect who has a very real chance of becoming a future England international and if Chelsea are thinking of making a move for a young, English talent this summer, they should look no further than Gray.

Technically good, skilful and pacey, he’d really fit the bill at Stamford Bridge in a couple of years’ time.

Moise Keane

Labelled as the ‘new Mario Balotelli’, Juventus prodigy Moise Keane is attracting attention from club’s all over the world.

At just 17-years-old, he’s already part of the Juventus first-team and offers a serious physical presence up front.

If Chelsea are looking at potential replacements for Diego Costa in a couple of years’ time, the Blues should look no further than Keane, who looks set to be a real world-beater.

Emre Mor

Borussia Dortmund have been keen to showcase some of their young talent this season and there’s no brighter-looking youngster than Emre Mor, who joined the German giants from Nordsjælland last summer.

He’s featured 15 times for Dortmund this season and the 18-year-old winger looks set to continue his development in the first-team until the end of the season.

But this summer, he’s certainly a figure Chelsea should be keeping an eye on and the Blues contingent here in the Tavern seem to agree.
