Our Sheffield Wednesday fans here in the Transfer Tavern are hoping for a strong end to the season as they look to return to the top flight.
The Owls have been going well this season but are very close to falling out of the play-off places if they do not keep winning.
Indeed, recent results of late have been up and down and so consistency is going to be the key for Carlos Carvalhal’s men.
Certainly, they have the ability to put a string of results together and get into the play-offs with earning a top flight spot surely the best way for them to celebrate their 150th year.
The club are definitely going to mark such a milestone regardless, though, and they’ve recently revealed this class-looking commemorative kit on their Twitter account:
The selection process was difficult given the quality of entries but the winning design is that of 27-year-old Owls fan Karl Nuttall! #swfcpic.twitter.com/7RcP0ew6Tg
