Everton could be handed a timely-boost ahead of their Premier League encounter with West Ham United.
The Toffees will welcome the Hammers to Goodison Park on Sunday and Marco Silva could have one of his main players back in contention for the fixture.
The winger had to withdraw from the game in the second half, however, the 29-year-old is now hoping to give Silva a needed selection boost, with others remaining unavailable for the game with West Ham.
Walcott is said to be recovering well from the knock he received and has not yet had any complications, however, it remains to be seen if Everton will risk him on Sunday or let him rest for a little longer.
The Verdict:

Walcott being available for the game against West Ham would be a huge positive for the Toffees at the weekend.
They will be looking to take advantage of the Hammers poor start to the season and the former Arsenal man would be a key player to help them get the three points.
The £18million-rated winger, as per Transfermarkt, has already started the campaign in excellent form for Silva’s side, having registered two goals and one assist in their first four matches of the Premier League season.
