Chelsea continued their march to the Premier League title this week with an impressive 2-1 win over Manchester City at the Bridge.
The Blues are romping clear, with only Spurs looking like they are capable of maintaining the pace at the top of the league, and Antonio Conte’s men look nailed on to secure the title.
However, one thing Chelsea do come under scrutiny for is the lack of young players who are given a chance in the first team, despite a few youngsters breaking in over the last few years.
Our landlord has been chatting with Blues fans this week, and they think that the next batch of young players to break through isn’t too far off.
With this in mind, we take a look at TWO Chelsea wonderkids who could be fast tracked to the first team sooner, rather than later…
Dujon Sterling

A young midfielder who looks a seriously exciting talent, Sterling looks to have the ability to make a real splash at the Bridge.
If Sterling can keep up his form in the development squad, then there is every chance we could see the youngster moved towards the firs team sooner, rather than later.
Jacob Maddox

Maddox is an exciting teenager who is capable of bagging goals from midfield, and plays the game with real confidence.
Maddox looks to have all the tools to make it as a top pro in the game, and if he continues his development, he could well find himself knocking on the door of Antonio Conte pretty soon.
