Liverpool fans here in the Football Transfer Tavern are excited right now and with good reason.
Jurgen Klopp’s men are flying in the Premier League and are currently top by a point ahead of Chelsea, whilst Arsenal and Manchester City sit just another point behind them.
It looks, then, that the title race will be decided on the most smallest of terms and that is why the Reds are excited.
Any little advantage could prove conclusive and without European football tiring the squad, Klopp’s men can come out of the traps flying every single week.
The fact that they play in the German’s preferred style is testament to his work at Anfield whilst what he’s doing in bringing young players through, too, has not gone unnoticed.
Players like Kevin Stewart have been given opportunities whilst the nature of the squad itself is pretty young, boding well for the future.
Our landlord reckons, though, that the club could be doing even more for their younger players and thinks these two in particular should be allowed to move on either temporarily or permanently…
Connor Randall

A lot of Reds fans like Connor Randall but they know deep down that he needs to improve before he can represent them on a regular basis.
Local players are always going to get extra patience but with that comes added expectation, and it could be time for Randall to leave on at least a temporary basis to start reaching his potential.
It could, in actual fact, be the making of him.
Ben Woodburn

The striker broke onto the scene last season in Liverpool’s friendlies and many became instantly excited about this young forward that clearly had an eye for goal.
Comparisons with Robbie Fowler have been drawn already but now should be the time for Woodburn to get out on loan and show that he is his own player in his own right.
He can play through the middle or down either wing and looks like a real prospect.
