Here are three particular players our landlord feels will be worth a fortune in years to come…
Mason Holgate
His story is very reminiscent to that of John Stones as the former Barnsley graduate attempts to edge in front of the experienced defenders that lay in his way of achieving first-team football.
Holgate is a tall, stylish ball-playing defender that Everton signed as a teenager from Barnsley. He can play right back or centre back and has such wise head on a young pair of shoulders.
Holgate and Reece Oxford have been earmarked as potential England captains by the punters in the Football Transfer Tavern, and it does not really come as surprise when you consider his potential.
Shanni Tarashaj
The Swiss midfielder has built on his growing reputation by being named the Swiss top flight’s young player of 2015. A January signing, he was loaned back to Grasshopper Club Zurich until the summer before representing Switzerland at Euro 2016.
The Swiss midfielder is currently on loan with German club Eintracht Frankfurt for the season but he is yet to feature for the German outfit this campaign.

Tyias Browning
With Browning and Holgate, Everton have a centre-back pairing sorted for the next decade. The academy graduate is slowly returning to full fitness after a long-term injury suffered last December.
Browning is undoubtedly a huge talent and even at 22-years-old, the youngster has oodles of potential to replace Phil Jagielka in the Everton defence in the coming years.
Roberto Martinez gave Browning his debut for the club in a Merseyside derby and he certainly has the capability to become one of the countries best defenders, much to our landlords delight.
