Our Nottingham Forest fans here in the Transfer Tavern can’t wait for the new season to start with them feeling cautiously optimistic about their chances.
Indeed, the Forest found themselves just scraping clear of the relegation places on the final day of last season but there is already a real chance they could get further up the table in 2017/18.
Indeed, with new owners and Mark Warburton as manager the club does have a chance of making something of the new campaign and they are already doing what they can to excite the fans.
Certainly, that is the plan with Danny Fox being at the club’s ticket office on Saturday to meet those purchasing season cards – with fans reacting to the plan on Twitter.
