Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern really are enjoying themselves at the moment – even if Garry Monk has left the club.
Indeed, you’d have thought that there’d be a rather deflated mood here by the bar but the Whites fans have, in the main, responded rather well as they look to keep as much of the momentum from 2016/17 as possible.
Certainly, if they can get a new manager in that does just a good a job as Monk they’ll be pleased and the speculation over who is coming in is certainly keeping many on their toes.
Andrea Radrizzani, meanwhile, has retweeted a fan telling him to crack on and that has certainly sparked excitement.
