Yesterdawy evening saw Leeds United travel to the KCOM Stadium to take on Hull City and the fans were desperate for Marcelo Bielsa to deliver them all three points. Thanks to a Tyler Roberts’ goals six minutes into the second half, they left with the win, although the performance of Jack Harrison has come under fire from the supporters.
At the end of the day, all that will be remembered from the clash at the KCOM is Tyler Roberts’ superb winning goal that snatched all three points for The Whites and sent them back to the top of the Championship. However, that could be short-lived as if West Brom win tonight then they will retake their place at the top of the table. For Leeds to really nail down top spot they’ll need to perform better, and the likes of Harrison could really do with sharpening up.
The winger, on-loan from Manchester City, didn’t have his best game in a Leeds shirt. He really announced himself onto the scene with his late equaliser against Millwall at The Den a few weeks back but he couldn’t manage the same sort of impact in Hull last night. The 21-year-old winger failed to make good on his chances and looked sloppy in possession on the night until he was hooked after 76 minutes, although the fans would have probably seen him substituted a little while earlier than that.
You can read The Whites’ verdict on Harrison here:
Harrison is so frustrating. His one touch stuff under pressure is different class, but give him some space and he'll confuse himself into giving it away #lufc

Should be at least one up there. Need to take our chances. Alioski and Harrison poor for me. #lufc

Imagine if Allioski and Harrison had end product and Saiz could shoot. We’d win every game 8-0 #LUFC

Can we agree Harrison is a circus act along with Alioski. Show ponies both of them. #lufc

Good first half by Leeds but need that final finish. Dallas needs to come on for Harrison who has only given the ball away! I feel that I will have a heart attack by the end of this game, I hate watching them pass around the back! Come on Leeds! #LUFC

He’s an industrious player who runs all game but his final ball is woeful 9 times out of 10, both him and Harrison have had 3 poor games now.

The Leeds fans will be keen to see an improvement from Harrison in the coming weeks or Bielsa will have no choice but to drop him.Like what the TT have on offer? Sign up for more notifications!
