Our Sheffield Wednesday fans here in the Transfer Tavern are gearing up for what will surely be their biggest game of the season tomorrow night against Huddersfield.
The Owls, of course, will hope for an even bigger one after that with the play-off final the main aim for all involved but first they have to beat Huddersfield.
For sure, the men from Hillsborough are in a good position with them just needing to beat their Yorkshire rivals but whilst we wait to see if they can do that a rather untimely story has come about.
Indeed, according to The Daily Mail, Alan Pardew could replace Carlos Carvalhal regardless of whether or not the Owls go up and that has certainly left many of the club’s fans reacting on Twitter.
