Arsenal rescued a draw after going 2-0 down away to Standard Liege in their final group game of the Europa League campaign with one player going under the radar.
Standard Liege took the lead just after half-time when a shot by Samuel Bastien was deflected in by Sokratis (via BBC).
The Belgian side then took a two-goal lead after Selim Amallah’s strike on goal was once again deflected in, this time by Sokratis’ countryman Konstantinos Mavropanos.
However, Bukayo Saka came to the rescue, first whipping in a superb cross for Alexandre Lacazette to head home. He was then involved in a lovely exchange of passes with Gabriel Martinelli before curling a beauty into the bottom corner.
Saka was at the heart of Arsenal’s attacking play yesterday, having the most shots on goal, playing the most key passes and completing the third-most dribbles, despite having played at left wing-back and left-back (via WhoScored).

However, it was Joe Willock, whose combination of attacking and defensive play managed to go under the radar for many viewers.
The England youth international made the most tackles, the second-most interceptions and the joint-most clearances in an industrious display.
He also proved to be crucial in linking the defence with the attack, completing the third-most dribbles and being the second-most fouled player in the side.
Indeed, it was a well-rounded display from the youngster, who perhaps deserves some more recognition coming away from the game.
