The Crystal Palace fans in the Transfer Tavern are seriously excited about life under Frank De Boer and hope he can finally restore them on the right path.
After almost falling out of the Premier League under Alan Pardew, the Eagles propping up the bar are keen to see their manager impose some of that famous Dutch footballing philosophy to the south London outfit.
Indeed, their hopes for a decent season have been handed a boost of late with Manchester United defender Timothy Fosu-Mensah thought to be closing in on a loan switch to Selhurst Park. Having worked with De Boer at Ajax as a youngster, the 19-year-old powerhouse is being cited as a potential coup for Palace.
