Today’s WAG is Amanda Harrington, the former “Miss Liverpool” and glamour model who used to be the girlfriend of all-round nice guy Joey Barton of Newcastle United.
She had the honour of being named the hottest girl in Liverpool when she was 16, and has since appeared in lads magazines like ZOO and Nuts, even being named the sexiest new model for ZOO magazine a few years ago. Amanda has also appeared in a few episodes of “Girls of the Playboy Mansion” and on BBC Three’s “Glamour Girls”, and her ultimate dream is appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated. Amanda is also close friends with other WAG’s like Steven Gerrard’s wife Alex Curran and serial WAG Danielle Lloyd.
In terms of WAG credentials, Harrington dated Barton back in 2007. We all know that the Newcastle midfielder has a bit of a temper: stubbing out a cigar in the eyes of a team-mate, beating Ousmane Dabo to a pulp and assaulting random’s in a Liverpool McDonalds. Amanda obviously got a lucky escape when she split up with the former Man City man. Since splitting up with the blonde bombshell, Barton is now living with another model, Georgia McNeill.
