There’s not been much to shout about for the Manchester United fans in the Transfer Tavern of late, as the Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford continues to drag along at a snail’s pace.
Though the most blockbuster summer of all time promised oh so much, the fire of optimism at Old Trafford remain unlit under the stewardship of the self-proclaimed ‘Special One’.
Struggling to even score these days, even the popular Marcus Rashford is seemingly unable to get much luck in front of goal, having failed to score since beating Leicester City at home in September.
Still, it’s easy to forget just what the England international has achieved over the past few months, having made his first-team debut only back in February.
Since, he’s emerged as one of the most promising young forwards on the continent, as well as a viable option for the Three Lions.
So, having recently celebrated his 19th birthday, United have taken to Twitter to post an emotional tribute to their academy graduate.
