‘We need to start getting seriously worried’ - Chelsea fans are concerned after big developments

It has been a rollercoaster of a few weeks for the Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern. After over a decade of relative stability, the Blues appear to be on a collision course with chaos.

On the field, the Blues missed out on a top-four spot, meaning that they won’t be in the Champions League next season. That, in and of itself, is enough to deem that the club is in a crisis of sorts, but Chelsea’s problems extend far beyond that.

Antonio Conte is facing an uncertain future, with the Italian yet to agree fresh terms at the club. Any replacement, it seems, is still a long way from being appointed. Their owner, Roman Abramovich, is currently unable to work at the club after being denied a visa. And now, to top it all off, the Blues have cancelled their stadium renovation plans.

In truth, it couldn’t be going any worse for the club, and so it will come as no surprise to learn that Chelsea fans very concerned.

Chelsea supporters have taken to the website Reddit to discuss the latest events, and it’s fair to say that there is a sense of panic taking over fans. Indeed, some aren’t sure if their club will recover.
