Our Sheffield Wednesday fans here in the Transfer Tavern are very excited about what is going to happen this weekend with the Championship play-offs set to get underway.
The Owls have been going well of late and go into their game with Huddersfield in good form – usually something that is key when it comes to the play-offs.
Of course, they’ll still need to perform on the day but whilst we wait to see how they do the U23 side also has a big game in the Professional Development League against Hull City.
And, ahead of the game, young star George Hirst has posted on Twitter urging people to go to Hillsborough to cheer the young side on.
