Liverpool: Fans react to latest Timo Werner update

It seems to be only a matter of time before Timo Werner completes his move to Liverpool.

The Reds have been after the RB Leipzig forward for the past few weeks and months, with the 24-year-old having caught the eye this season with his stunning performances – so far this term, he has managed 27 goals and 12 assists in all competitions.

Sky Sports are the latest to offer a new update on the Germany international’s situation. They say that he wants to make the move if the Anfield outfit are ready to pay his £52m release clause before it expires on June 15th. However, they also add that Liverpool do not intend to make the move before said clause ends.
