According to Football Insider, West Bromwich Albion are interested in signing Olivier Ntcham from Celtic.

The Baggies aren’t the only side interested in Ntcham, though. Southampton have also been linked, and they may have a slight advantage given their previous dealings with the Scottish champions.
Big signing for Bilic
Ntcham signed for Celtic in 2017, and has since played 145 games for the club in all competitions. He has 24 goals to his name, as well as 13 assists, and has even been compared to former Premier League stars Yaya Toure and Steven Gerrard in the past.
With the Baggies staring relegation in the face already after no wins from their first nine matches in the top flight this term, Bilic and co will need to role the dice if they want to survive. Ntcham has experience in both the Champions League and the Europa League, and has picked up a plethora of trophies, albeit in Scotland where the competition is weaker.
