West Ham United: Irons react to Sky Sports update on free agent Diego Costa

According to Sky Sports, writing on Twitter, an unnamed Premier League top six club has reportedly offered Diego Costa the chance to sign for them until the end of the season – resulting in many Irons flocking to this update with their opinions, given that there is a chance it could be West Ham United.

Costa, who terminated his contract with Atletico Madrid in December, has reportedly been at the centre of interest from an unnamed top-six side and some West Ham fans seem to think that it could well be David Moyes and the Hammers, who are currently fifth in the league table.

Earlier in the window, the reliable ExWHUemployee hinted that Costa could be a possible option for the Hammers, and that, added to this update from Sky, has got some West Ham fans hoping that their club are indeed after the former Chelsea man.

Plenty of  West Ham supporters flocked to have their say on the development – with some hoping that GSB have approached the Spaniard, whilst others dropped their varying verdicts.

West Ham could still be on the lookout for a striker before the end of deadline day after losing Haller, but it remains to be seen whether they manage to do a deal and if they do, then which player they will be looking to bring in.

This claim, however, has many Hammers talking – find all of their opinions on the development down below.
