Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern are eager to see their side go for promotion next season after a good campaign this time around that saw them miss out narrowly on the play-offs.
Indeed, whilst this season was progressive it ultimately ended with the Whites outside the top six – somewhere they wanted to be at the start of the year.
Even so, the club has been in far worse places than where they are at the moment and that was certainly hinted at when a video of the club earning promotion from League 1 arose yesterday.
Indeed, it just shows how far the club has gone and come since their Premier League days and, as they wait for 2017/18, they’ll certainly be eager to see a repeat of these kind of scenes soon.
