Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern can’t wait to see their side back in competitive action in a few weeks time as the season begins to loom on the horizon.
Indeed, the summer at the club will have surely gone quicker than for most with plenty happening off the pitch at Elland Road.
Indeed, Andrea Radrizzani is now the new owner, the club has reacquired Elland Road and Thomas Christiansen is the new manager with the likes of Pep Clotet and James Beattie following Garry Monk out of the door.
And, whilst Beattie went to Middlesbrough with Monk, Clotet has wound up as Oxford United’s new manager with his official unveiling happening recently.
And, as he tweeted about it, Leeds fans were quick to reply with messages of good will – the best of which can be found below:
Grateful for the warm welcome. Look forward to enjoying lots of good times with our fans here at the Kassam. #oufc pic.twitter.com/HRqg8WnPOk
