Our Liverpool fans here in the Transfer Tavern are expecting a strong finish to the season with them hoping that the top four is achievable.
Indeed, although the club would have liked to be in the title race at this point given how the start of their season was, they would still be happy with a Champions League spot.
And, if they manage to qualify for those places, the Reds fans here by the bar will surely be expecting some big transfer dealings before the end of the summer window in August.
Indeed, the big names are being linked at the moment with The Mirror claiming that they are confident of signing James Rodriguez from Real Madrid.
Certainly, that would be a massive statement of intent from the club and it’s certainly got many talking on Twitter.
So, with that in mind, here’s the best of what’s been said:
Liverpool linked with Rafinha & James Rodriguez this morning but come July we’ll sign Nathan Redmond #lfc

Being linked with James Rodriguez is all paper talk, moving on #LFC

Those who think James Rodriguez isn’t good enough to get into our starting eleven are as delusional as those who think we can sign him. #LFC
