‘What the hell is wrong with you?’ - Liverpool fans on Twitter not happy as club reveal departures

The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern have taken over their club’s Twitter, demanding that the club announce the signing of Nabil Fekir, as the fans are becoming restless over the club’s lack of transfer action. Fekir could become the third player to join Anfield this summer after Naby Keita and Fabinho have joined the club.

The club tweeted the news that academy trio: Michael Beale, Tom Culshaw and Jordan Milsom will be leaving the club to join up with Steven Gerrard as part of his backroom staff at Ibrox. Whilst the news itself is a blow to the club as they lose three key members of staff, the club made the humble move to say an official farewell which the fans have blatantly ignored by calling for Nabil Fekir to be revealed as a Red.

Fekir would be a perfect fit at Liverpool. The versatile Frenchman has been plying his trade with Lyon and improving his stock with every superb free-kick bends into the top corner. If he was to make the move to Merseyside he would be able to fill in for any of the club’s front three and even play a midfield role if required. His versatility, pace, dead-ball abilities and clinical touch would make him a perfect fit at Anfield who would suit Klopp’s Gegenpress to a tee.
