Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern can’t wait for their side to get the proper season going with them itching to go further than they did last time out.
Indeed, the men from Elland Road could only manage to finish seventh last season and now the onus is on the likes of Thomas Christiansen and his players to make sure they build and improve on that.
How they do, then, is going to be one of the stories to watch over the campaign and it’s all going to begin with who the club manages to sign in the summer window.
Indeed, they have recently been linked with Jonny Howson with The Mirror saying it’ll cost Leeds £5 million to sign him back to the club.

It’s a shame really. As I’d like him back, but with so many Midfielders and more rumoured, surely £5m could be better spent. Perhaps a CB?

As much as I’d love him back we’ve got 5 CM’s already, even without Murphy and Dave, so it would only make sense if o’kane or bridcutt leave
