The ardent faithful have given their full backing to the Portuguese boss throughout the campaign, with many expecting him to bring the glory days back to the red half of Manchester.

Today sees the Red Devils face an FA Cup encounter with Wigan Athletic in a game which they should win fairly comfortably, with the Championship side going through a tricky season.

Marcus Rashford

The youngster hasn’t played an awful lot of football this season and it is vital for his development that Mourinho starts to use him more.

Rashford was in scintillating form during the last campaign and he would be an absolute nightmare for any Championship side to play against.

The record breaker himself should definitely be allowed to continue in the side after netting in last weekend’s 1-1 draw with Stoke City.

Rooney has now surpassed Sir Bobby Charlton as United’s all-time leading scorer and he could well extend his tally between now and the end of the campaign.

One United fan is having a celebratory toast to the United legend, stating that he could arguably finish his United career as one of the greatest players to ever play for the famous club.
