The Manchester United supporters here in the Football Transfer Tavern were mightily relived to sneak through to the semi-finals of the Europa League on Thursday night, following a stern test in their quarter-final.
It has been a pretty decent couple of months for those of a United persuasion here in the Tavern and there is a real sense that the club can now go on and secure a top four finish in the Barclays Premier League, and possibly be successful in the Europa League too.
A couple of loyal Manchester United supporters are thinking ahead here in the Transfer Tavern and they are discussing potential new recruits for the summer months.

Goals from midfield
It is no secret that Manchester United have relied far too heavily on the form of Zlatan Ibrahimovic to score goals this season and that must be rectified in the summer.
One United fan is sat with a cold pint of beer here in the Tavern and he agrees that a goalscoring attacking midfielder would be a perfect addition to the United squad during the summer, stating that Anderson Talisca could be the man to fit the bill.
Flair in the final third
Manchester United boast some pretty good players at present but they perhaps do lack that player who can grab a game by the scruff of the neck in the final third.
The lanky Brazilian could add that element to United’s attack and his presence just behind a striker could be a telling one next season.
One United fan is chilling here in the Tavern with a nice bottle of win and he thinks that the club should do all they can to lure the player to Old Trafford during the summer.
