2 reasons why Chelsea will smash Arsenal on Sunday – do you agree?

The Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern are feeling pretty good ahead of another round of Premier League fixtures…

Though the opening day game against Burnley was tough, Chelsea have done very well since that point – with a comfortable win against Qarabag the latest game to go in the Blues’ favour this term.

They haven’t had it easy, either, with games against Everton and Tottenham touted with being difficult for the Blues. Despite that, they cruised through both clashes relatively easily, and that speaks volumes about how well they are doing.

Arsenal are next up for Antonio Conte’s side, and games between the two sides are often competitive and always fiery. Both sides will be keen to win, but do Chelsea have the edge this time round?

On paper, it’s very hard to look past Chelsea coming out on top, and here are TWO reasons why…

 Current Form

There’s no doubt about it: on current form, Chelsea are looking far better.

Other than a patchy 15 minute period against Burnley, the Blues have been close to perfect, and there’s no reason why that won’t continue this weekend.

The impressive 6-0 win against Qarabag is likely to fill the team with confidence, and with key men like Alvaro Morata and Pedro firing, it looks like there is no stopping Chelsea.

 Eden Hazard

He’s back!

Eden Hazard has made a few bit-part appearances this season having recovered from an injury, but Sunday could be his first opportunity to feature from the start.

Against Qarabag he showed signs hinting that he was getting back to his best, and Arsenal will need to watch out.

He was incredible last time out against the Gunners. More of the same could give Chelsea the edge.
