This was too funny not to post something about, but Rio Ferdinand has used social networking site Twitter in an attempt to bribe Sepp Blatter into giving England the 2018 Fifa World Cup.
Ferdinand tweeted @ 14:42, roughly half an hour before the decision is set to be made the following:
“Give us the World cup please Mr Blatter, I’ll sort u free tickets 2 games I swear down!!”
I’m sure the President of Fifa already has access to free tickets, to any game, anywhere, in the World.
God I love football.
