3 Dele Alli-esque transfer deals Arsenal must look to seal next week

Arsenal are once again having a similar season to what they always have, loitering around the top four but without really challenging at the top of the table.

The Gunners fans over at the dartboard here in the Tavern have been throwing their arrows in anger of late, with frustrating performances and another quiet transfer window hitting the nerves.

Arsene Wenger has never been one to splash the cash, and he has the knack of picking out tremendous young talents and turning them into superstars.

Wenger might choose to look in the lower leagues as we approach the last bit of the transfer window as he looks to unearth the next Dele Alli or similar.

Our landlord agrees, and thinks the lower leagues are packed with exciting young talent.

With that in mind, we take a look at THREE Dele Alli-esque transfers Arsenal should look to seal before the end of the window…

Ronaldo Vieira

Exciting Leeds United talent Vieira has been a revelation for Leeds and Garry Monk this season, and is seriously impressing.

Vieira clearly can play at a higher level, it is just seemingly a matter of time for the exciting young midfielder.

At only 18, his talent is clear for everyone to see, and he could well become the next Patrick Vieira under the guidance of Wenger.

George Hirst

Son of former England and Sheffield Wednesday star David Hirst, the young striker is hot property at Hillsborough.

Hirst has already been included in the first team at 18, and has banged in the goals for the second string at S6.

He looks a serious talent, and could be one Wenger already has half an eye on for the future.

Zach Clough

21-year-old Clough has been in the Bolton team for a while now, but is still a young player learning the game.

An excellent attacking midfielder, Clough has brilliant balance and guile about his game, and is more than capable of stepping up a few levels.

He would be a wise investment for Arsenal, and will no doubt go on to be a top player.
