Mathieu Debuchy

Arsenal right back is mulling over a possible loan switch to Premier League bottom club, as he is set to leave The Gunners in this window after failing to break into the first team on a regular basis.
The Frenchman has to decide whether to stay in the Premier League and join Remi Garde’s Villains, as he seeks an exit to bolster his chances of landing a spot in France’s European Championship squad.
Debuchy wanted to leave Arsenal in the summer but was convinced to stay by Arsenre Wengre but will likely make a move away this window, with Villa a firm favourite to land the right back.

Bordeaux defender Lamine Sane should complete the loan signing at some point today as they try and tighten up the leaky Villa defence, which has been the main reason for their concerning league position.
The 28-year-old has played 190 times for the French club and is well known to Villa boss Remi Garde and is keen to switch to the struggling Premier League side after only featuring eleven times for Bordeaux this season.
Peter Crouch

Former England forward has been linked with a move to several Championship clubs but he would prefer to stay in the top flight.
Remi Garde is keen to land the Stoke striker, who has struggled to get a place in the new look Potters forward line.
Crouch would add that nuisance value to the Villa attack and knows how to score, which the bottom side desperately need .
Peter Odemwingie

Stoke winger has also been linked with a loan switch to the Villains for the remainder of the season.
The Nigerian has just seven starts for The Potters and would like to be involved in some first team action, so will consider a loan move and re-evaluate the situation at Stoke in the Summer.
Joining Villa could see him strike up a crucial partnership with Peter Crouch should they both decide to try and help them survive.
Gokhan Inler

Leicester City midfielder has been linked with a move to Villa as he seeks more first team football having found first team opportunities limited at The Foxes.
The Switzerland Captain wants first team action ahead of the European Championships, so he can enter the tournament in top form and assure his place within the squad.
Another loan deal here though however, as Villa struggle to find players willing to commit beyond this season as they are unsure which division they will be in.
