Arsenal boss makes surprise claim that some Gooners may not like

This is not a very popular claim in the Football Transfer Tavern…

Since arriving at Arsenal over 20 years ago, Arsene Wenger has undoubtedly been an Arsenal man.

Everything that he has said and done up until this point has been focused on Arsenal and what is best for his club; so when asked what his favourite stadium is, you would expect him to say the Emirates – right?

Well, the Arsenal fans in the Football Transfer Tavern certainly were expecting that; but Wenger has instead opted to bypass his home ground in favour of one of his rival’s stadiums…
