Arsenal fans are agreeing with a loan move for one of their players after two men were linked with moves away from the club.
According to The Telegraph, Konstantinos Mavropanos is likely to leave the club on loan this month, while the club are willing to listen to offers for Shkodran Mustafi. The two players are on the fringes of the first-team squad at the Emirates Stadium this campaign having made one and 10 appearances respectively.
However, the 22-year-old may well be excused for his lack of appearances in a struggling Gunners defence this season, having failed to recover from a persistent groin injury (via Transfermarkt). Indeed, the north London outfit have also been linked with moves for defenders like Jerome Boateng, Nathan Ake, Daniele Rugani and Dayot Upamecano, perhaps fueling speculation that exits could happen.
Fans seem to be welcoming the loan move away from the club for the Greek defender as they took to Twitter to react to the report. Here is a selection of tweets from the Emirates Stadium faithful:
Good move. He needs a lil exposure and he is good to go
