It’s been a pretty calm season for Arsenal so far. Whilst their form hasn’t been consistent, it was always going to be a year of transition, and most fans will have been impressed by the start that Unai Emery has made at the Emirates.
There’s a lot of work still to be done, of course, but it’s fair to say that the transition following the departure of Arsene Wenger is going well.
However, the last thing that the Gunners need now is a major staff departure, but some reports online have indicated that exactly that could be on the horizon. Indeed, a recent report from Arsenal blogger Le Grove has revealed that Arsenal scout Sven Mslintat could be about to leave the Gunners, possibly by the end of the month.
Of course, the scout has been heavily involved in all of Arsenal’s recent transfer moves, and so the prospect of losing him is a real worry for the club and, clearly, the fans.
Indeed, since the emergence of the reports, many Arsenal fans have taken to Reddit to express their concern. They aren’t feeling very optimistic, as you can see below…
