Eddie Nketiah has endured quite a strange season. Indeed, just a few weeks ago he warmed the bench for Leeds United as he found starts hard to come by in the Championship. However, he’s since returned to Arsenal and has replaced Alexandre Lacazette as the club’s first-choice number nine in the Premier League of late, which could be seen as a surprise given the Frenchman’s greater experience.
Still, he vindicated Mikel Arteta’s decision to start him in yesterday’s clash against Everton as he scored the equalising goal for the Gunners. Impressively, his brilliant movement into the penalty box coupled with Bukayo Saka’s fantastic cross saw the youngster score just the second top-flight goal of his career.
One fan called him an ‘absolute talent’.
I’ll go with what I notice personally.
Saka needs a new Long term contract.
Auba needs a contract extension.
Eddie Nketiah is an absolute talent.
Fans should never had booed Xhaka.
Arteta is the man to take us Forward.
Champions league football is still possible.
