Arsenal fans were lauding Granit Xhaka following his performance against Manchester United amid an update from Mikel Arteta on his future.
The Spaniard revealed that the Switzerland international has told him that he will remain at the club beyond the January transfer window.

Xhaka almost certainly looked to be heading for the exit door at the Emirates Stadium after his agent confirmed that he had agreed on a deal with Hertha Berlin (via Blick).
His performance against the Red Devils may have shown the north London faithful why Xhaka could prove to be a crucial player under Arteta.
The midfielder made three tackles, two interceptions and had the highest pass accuracy of any player to complete 90 minutes (via WhoScored).
Fans were full of praise for the midfielder, who hasn’t always been a fan-favourite in north London, as they took to Twitter to react.
