Arsenal have just the one-goal deficit to turnaround tomorrow when they take on BATE Borisov at the Emirates in the second leg of their round of 32 Europa League tie.
The Gunners lost 1-0 in the reverse fixture, though manager Unai Emery remains confident that his side will see progression into the next round.
“It’s the first match. We are going to play another 90 minutes next week and I’m sure it’s going to be different,” Emery was quoted as saying by Football.London after the defeat in Belarus.
The Spaniard, however, will have to try and inspire a turnaround without Alexandre Lacazette following his red card in the first leg, though his absence could see Mesut Ozil or Aaron Ramsey come into the side with Emery now forced to shuffle his pack.
And given how the north London outfit performed at the Borisov Arena, the introduction of the influential duo might just be what is needed tomorrow.
