Lots of Arsenal fans have slammed Mesut Ozil as ESPN have reported that the club has not discussed terminating his deal.
According to the outlet, the 31-year-old is focused on regaining a place in Mikel Arteta’s side for the competitions in which he is eligible to play.

Ozil has not played a single minute so far this season, and with the attacking midfielder currently banking a whopping £350,000 per week at the Emirates Stadium, a lot of money is being wasted without him getting on the pitch.
Ozil is clearly not in Arteta’s plans at the moment, but the summer transfer window has passed for players in the Premier League to be able to move to foreign clubs.

Therefore, the German will continue to cost the Gunners a lot of money until they can get him off the wage bill, and they could look to move him on in the January transfer window if a team is willing to pay the amount of money that he would likely demand.
