Some Arsenal fans would let Willian go to Tottenham Hotspur as The Athletic UK (via LTArsenal) reported that the Chelsea ace feels settled in London with his family and wants to remain over there and play at a high level, thereby leaving him with two realistic options.
Those would be the two clubs in north London, as Willian is likely to be a free agent in the upcoming summer transfer window if he does not sign a new contract with the Blues.

The 31-year-old is enjoying a relatively decent season so far, as he has made 37 appearances in all competitions, scoring seven goals and providing six assists, according to Transfermarkt.
Willian has also won a fairly impressive number of trophies during his career in London so far, claiming two Premier League titles, one FA Cup, one League Cup and one UEFA Europa League to his name, as per Transermarkt.
However, these Gunners fans on Twitter would still rather see the Brazilian international go to Spurs instead of signing for them, with one supporter insisting that Arsenal youngsters Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka are superior players:
