Well, as if reports linking the Gunners with a move for West Bromwich Albion defender Jonny Evans weren’t weird enough, further claims from Bleacher Report have only heightened such a feeling.
They claim that the North London giants are ‘genuinely interested’ in the former Manchester United ace, though the Baggies’ reported £20m asking price could prove too much.
