The atmosphere in the Football Transfer Tavern is slowly building ahead of this weekend’s North London derby, as the Tottenham and Arsenal fans prepare to pack out the Tavern to watch what is often the most hotly contested fixture of the Premier League calendar.
One key talking point ahead of the game has been how injuries might impact the fixture – and for Arsenal; their main concern has been Nacho Monreal.
The Spanish left-back has been struggling with an injury as of late – and a few of punters in the Tavern had expected him to miss the clash.
However, ahead of the game – Monreal has taken to Instagram to seemingly hint that he will be fit to face Spurs.
In the picture, which you can see below, Monreal said: “Good feeling training today. Looking forward to the Derby”.

The Arsenal fans in the Tavern are just pleased that he is back in training – as that would suggest that he is ready to play.
