Plenty of Aston Villa fans have discussed a number of names as potential replacements for Jack Grealish, who could leave the club this summer for a move to Manchester United.
The Claret and Blue club captain’s reputation and performances in the English top flight continue to impress, gaining interest from the likes of Man United.
Grealish has been in excellent form this season, contributing to Villa’s cause with seven goals and six assists.
With football at a standstill, the former England U21 international’s mind will undoubtedly be on helping his boyhood club survive a potential relegation to the Championship just one year after gaining promotion via the play-off final.
However, interest will seemingly not disappear, causing Villa fans to become concerned that they could lose arguably their biggest talent this summer.
Whilst United have been labelled with interest, so have Everton with Toffees boss Carlo Ancelotti keen to put his own stamp on life at Goodison Park.
Looking at the potential interest in Grealish, Transfer Tavern’s Ben Crump asked fans via Facebook group Aston Villa Fan Club: “Realistically? No Messi’s etc. Who would be the perfect replacement for Jack Grealish?” – and below are just some of the responses from fans.
