According to Aston Villa youth player Paul Appiah during a Q&A on social media (via the Birmingham Mail), Mile Jedinak has returned to his former club in order to take up a coaching role in the youth set-up.
Currently manned by another former Villain in George Boateng, Jedinak is understood to have settled to life in Birmingham well after moving to Villa Park from Crystal Palace in 2016 and now looks to have retained a place behind the scenes at Bodymoor Heath.
The Australian appeared 80 times for the club and scored two goals in the three years he was clad in claret and blue before his release after the play-off final win over Derby in May 2019, a game during which he was on the bench.

Amid a difficult time of things in the Premier League, Dean Smith’s job has been under scrutiny at times this season but, amid the break in football, fans on Twitter were pleased to see Jedinak return when Villareport relayed the story to their followers.
