Many Aston Villa fans have responded to claims on Twitter that a European move could be on the cards for Jonathan Kodjia.
According to claims from Turkish outlet Sporx (via @villareport on Twitter), Besiktas are going to offer £2.56m to sign the player in January.

The 30-year-old has made just two appearances for the club this season in the Premier League, without scoring any goals. Keeping this in mind, and the fact his contract expires at the end of the current campaign, it can’t be seen as too much of a surprise that he is being linked away from the club.
Bought for an initial £11m fee from Bristol City in the summer of 2016, his Villa career looks to be coming to an end in anticlimactic fashion, but he has still been able to achieve his main goal in helping the club get promoted to the Premier League. He has exactly 100 appearances in claret and blue under his belt, scoring 29 times and assisting eight.
Despite this, many fans are open to seeing the player depart, if Twitter is anything to go by.
Here are some of the responses from them below…
Just take it, not a PL striker.

No point keeping him. Contact up, not good enough and injury prone. Sell, sell, sell

Think that would be good for both parties. He needs to go and play somewhere, but he’s not going to break into the Villa team.

Take the hand off them for that
