Aston Villa fans have all been in great voice and full of confidence over the last few weeks at Villa Park, and it’s easy to see why. The Villains have won their last five games, and on Twitter, they’ve put out a post paying appreciation to Anwar El Ghazi. The Dutchman has been flying as of late, and the fans have been calling for him to be signed permanently.

Aston Villa fans are having a great time in the Championship at the moment. Having capitalised on the recent inconsistencies that Derby, Bristol City and Middlesbrough have been suffering from, Dean Smith’s side have risen from the ashes to take up 5th place. Some of the aforementioned teams below them have games in hand, but the Villains are confident that they can finish inside the top six.
Every single member of their squad can be thanked for the form, and as of late the fans have been reliant on the form of Anwar El Ghazi. Their on-loan Lille winger has been in flying form and the Villains are desperate for Smith to make him a permanent signing. That could prove tough, though, seeing as Lille will certainly lose the impressive Nicolas Pepe this summer, leaving them needing a winger and El Ghazi is a ready-made replacement.
Regardless of how realistic it may be, you can see the Villains’ calls for El Ghazi here:
SIGN HIM UP

He's got it all there, he just needs consistency. His workrate has improved massively over the season, though, so that's a great sign that he's willing to put the effort in and make himself a better player. Get him signed permanently.

The Villains would all love to sign El Ghazi on a permanent deal when the summer comes around, and whilst it may be a struggle to prise him from Lille, it’s certainly one the fans want to see pursued.
