Aston Villa fans have had a very up and down season. By the time that Steve Bruce had been sacked and Dean Smith brought in the club were in a position where promotion was off the table. However, the fans are getting more optimistic of a strong end to the season after seeing the news that Jack Grealish, Tom Carroll and Lovre Kalinic are back fit.

The Aston Villa fans will have loved seeing the news of their returning stars from injury and some of them will have taken great pleasure in tuning in to their club’s YouTube channel to watch Smith giving the update on the squad fitness. The Villains’ Saturday clash certainly won’t be easy as they face a tough tie against Derby County at Villa Park.
In the return fixture, the Villains walked away with a shock 3-0 win after scoring an incredible three goals in ten minutes in the final stages of the 90 at Pride Park. If they can grab a result against Derby again tomorrow then the fans will be over the moon and may even be given a slight glimmer of hope that they may make up the eight-point gap on themselves and the top six.

The Villains cannot wait to see how they get on with their trio returning for Derby and will hope that they can make it a league double over Frank Lampard’s side.
