Aston Villa fans have taken to Twitter to react to the starting eleven chosen by Dean Smith to face Sheffield United.
Smith’s side sit 19th in the Premier League table as things stand and they will be looking to grab all three points against Chris Wilder’s side on Wednesday evening.
The game at Villa Park will be the first English top flight game since early March when fixtures were postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Wilder’s United side have been hugely impressive this term and a win could see them move above Manchester United into fifth place.
Smith’s selection sees John McGinn return to the starting eleven following his injury, whilst Orjan Nyland keeps his place in goal over the experienced Pepe Reina.
Mbwana Samatta only has a place on the bench as youngster Keinan Davis comes in to start up front.
