Aston Villa midfielder Morgan Sanson is set to be sidelined for a month after injuring his hamstring against Chelsea in the week.

And, as to be expected, another injury blow has left plenty of Villa fans fuming.

Villa took to Twitter on Thursday evening to inform fans that Leon Bailey is set to be out until after the international break with a thigh strain.

Within their injury update on the club’s official website, manager Dean Smith also revealed that the French midfielder is set to be ruled out for four weeks.

The 27-year-old made his first start of the season for the first team at Stamford Bridge in the week but was replaced shortly before half-time.

Sanson has now made just 10 appearances for the club following his £14.22m move from Marseille in January.
