Some Aston Villa fans have reacted to the news that Tyrone Mings has penned a new contract keeping him at the club until the summer of 2024.
The central defender joined on loan from Bournemouth in January 2019, helping the Claret and Blue to win promotion to the Premier League in the 2018/2019 season.
The 27-year-old went on to join permanently and made 33 top-flight appearances last season and his performances for Dean Smith’s side earned him a call-up for England, making his competitive debut against Bulgaria in October 2019.
