Aston Villa are on a rich run of form at the moment and will want to continue it when they host Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night.
Dean Smith has witnessed his side pick up three consecutive wins in a row, including an emphatic 4-2 victory over Birmingham City in the Second City Derby at the weekend.
The Villans will know a win will help to take them just outside the playoffs, however, they will have to do it without one of their stars from the game against their fierce rivals.
The 30-year-old was pictured after the game with a protective boot on and on crutches, although it remains to be seen how serious it is.
That could mean a start for Yannick Bolasie, who joined on loan in the summer from Everton and has yet to begin a Championship match for the Villa Park outfit.
John McGinn could also make a return after recovering from a spell on the sidelines with a calf problem.
The Verdict:

Adomah’s absence will be a huge blow to Aston Villa and Smith as they look to pick up their fourth win on the bounce.
The winger was influential during their game against Birmingham at the weekend, having picked up two assists and changing the entire tie around and into their favour in the first half.
However, with Bolasie raring to get going and the possibility of McGinn being available from the off, Smith will be looking for his side to keep their momentum going when they take to the Villa Park pitch.
