Many Aston Villa fans are reacting to the news that one of their prospects, Tyreik Wright, is attracting a fair amount of interest.

According to Daily Mail journalist @AdrianJKajumba, via @villareport, Everton and Celtic are among clubs keeping tabs on Wright.

The 19-year-old right-winger is currently on loan at League Two side Walsall after joining in the January transfer window (Transfermarkt) and in his two appearances, he has already picked up two assists. Wright has a very impressive record for the Republic of Ireland U19's too, picking up five goals in his nine appearances.

If he is already attracting the interest of sides like Everton and Celtic, then he may well be a potential star and Villa need to do all they can to keep hold of him. The winger is clearly an emerging academy prospect and this should excite supporters of the club.

There is no reason for Wright to want to leave either, especially after seeing how academy products Jack Grealish and Jacob Ramsey have become integral players in the Villa squad.
